Infolink Consulting specializes in providing solutions for information delivery and analysis that are as unique as the organizations we serve. Understanding and delivering on customer needs is our specialty.
We have experience building and directing BI and data integration departments for major organizations, and know first hand what it takes to manage an initiative after the consultants have left. Our delivery approach focuses on the common sense steps that helped us meet the ongoing needs of our organizations.
Delivery Approach
Our approach is to first work with the client to understand business and technical requirements and then select from our team of highly skilled resources to appropriately match skill sets to business needs. We work with the client at appropriate times to transfer knowledge of how those requirements are fulfilled within the solution, and prefer having appropriate resources from our client available to watch and/or drive during those sessions. Supporting documentation is included to further our client's ability to support and enhance the solution in the future.

Founder
Bob Tinglestad [view Bob's LinkedIn profile] is a well-rounded IT professional who has worked in Big 4 management consulting, software product companies, and directly for corporations. His experiences provide a clear understanding of how software product companies work, what it takes to implement business solutions and what it takes to support them. He is an expert in BI needs analysis, data integration and BI tool implementations.
With a wide variety of IT experience, Bob has focused the past ten years in the Business Intelligence space, building a successful BI Program from the ground up and now a successful consulting organization. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in Business with an MIS emphasis which provides a unique ability to work with functional areas to understand and help guide their strategic needs and create solutions which meet those needs.
